Admission for academic year 2021/22 (2nd round of the recruitment procedure) 

To qualify for admission, an applicant must:

   ● be a law student or law Ph.D. student or,

   ● be a graduate of a law school or,

   ● be a student, Ph.D. student or graduate of other disciplines (e.g. linguistics, political science, economy) and have a basic knowledge of the Polish or foreign legal system, and

  ● have a thorough and conversational knowledge of English including legal language; and

   submit the following documents:

1. a completed application form together with one recent photo in the ID format (dowód osobisty);
2. a photo copy of an index or USOS transcript with grades and subjects from all previous years (students) or copy of the diploma (graduates)
3. curriculum vitae in English
4. cover letter in English with an explanation of the applicant's interest in participating in the program and career goals.

5. evidence of proficiency in English language such as: copy of a diploma from a foreign school in an English-speaking country, copy of a diploma from schools specializing in English language, or copy of the results of an English proficiency exams, e.g. TOEFL

Fee*:

Tuition for students: The amount of tuition for students and Ph.D. students for the one year program in 2021/22 is 3.000 PLN.

Tuition for graduates: The tuition for graduates is 6.000 PLN.

Tuition for Legal Trainees (aplikanci): This academic year there is a special discount rate in the amount of 30% for legal trainees (aplikanci: radcowscy, adwokaccy, sędziowscy, notarialni)

The amount of tuition for the legal trainees for the one year program in 2021/22 is 4.200 PLN.

Tuition for advocates, legal counselors, judges, notaries:This academic year there is a special discount rate in the amount of 15% for legal counselors, attorneys, judges, procesutors and notaries.

The amount of a tuition for the legal counselors, attorneys, judges and notaries for the one year program in 2021/22 is 5.100 PLN.

 

Upon admission to the program all applicants must pay the entire tuition by November 30, 2021. Applicants may submit a motion with justification to divide the tuition into two installment payments.

Preliminary Class Schedule for Academic Year 2021/22*
 

Due to COVID-19 epidemic, classes in the 2021/22 academic year will start later than usual - in December 2021 and will conclude at the end of June 2022. The form of the lectures will depend on the situation with the pandemic however we assume that from December 2021 it will be possible to return to the direct classroom format. In this case, classes will be held at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw at Lipowa 4 in Warsaw.

Students who live and study outside of Warsaw will be able to participate in online classes. In the event of another lockdown the entire program or part thereof will be offered online for all participants.
